" I was asked to do some reviews for MBBL. I was a little hesitant at first, but thought what the heck, why not." I am an avid craft beer drinker and home brewer. I am always trying to taste beers I have never had before and always willing to try something new. As for homebrewing, I have only been doing it for 1.5 years. I recently made the switch to all grain brewing and have 3 under my belt.

Larry lives just east of Raleigh in Knightdale, NC. He rides a Harley, smokes good hand-rolled cigars and enjoys listening to Blues Music. He has a love and passion for Craft Beer, fine cigars and "Blues" Music! He is a regular at the WBF's in Raleigh, Durham and Columbia. The Raleigh/Durham area is a "Hot-Bed" for Breweries and Larry volunteers with Roth Brewing, Mystery Brewing, Haw River Farmhouse Ales and Roanoke Railhouse Brewery. When he's not enjoying several good craft beers or volunteering his time you can find him hanging out at any of his favorite "Bottle Shops" in the Raleigh area: Bottle Revolution, Tasty Beverage Company and The Beer Dispensary.

He's the guy behind the scenes here at MBBL.com, so if something's broken it's his fault. An avid homebrewer, you will read stories of his brewing mishaps for Skyywalker Brewery. Marty lives in North Myrtle Beach where he is trying to figure out if he wants to add homebrewing to his random list of hobbies.
"If your idea involves beer, bbq, or a brass section then I'm probably interested. I'm more of an expert on consuming beer than I am brewing it, but maybe that will change during my time on this site. Not to be trusted under any circumstances."

She is also the author of all our "Brewery Snapshots" and writes some "Quick Tastes" from a woman's perspective. (Like fruity beers that Luc, her husband, won't drink.)
