Gifted from Josh at Risen Dead Brewing

This was a twist on the apfelwein recipe. A base of pomegranate and cranberry juice were used.
It is a still beverage of red, almost purple hue. There is a wonderful initial tartness here followed up with a slight sweetness. There seem to be some tannins subtly tickling the tongue. This wine finishes more dry than sweet. If he passes one your way, drink with caution, it is easy to drink quickly and will leave you a bit wobbly.
Cheers
